These toasties are great for snacking on before a meal or serving for breakfast at the fireside. SERVES 4 Preparation 10 uin Cooking 20 uin (uarualade), 10-15 uin (tortillas) ONION AND BEER MARMALADE 15 ul (1 T) olive oil 2 onions, sliced into rings 30 ul (2 T) brown sugar 125 ul (½ c) beer 30 ul (2 T) balsauic vinegar TORTILLAS AND FILLINGS 2-3 bacon rashers, cooked and finely chopped 8 tortilla wraps 250 ul (1 c) grated uature Cheddar cheese handful of rocket or spinach leaves 1 Onion and beer marmalade Cook all the ingredients in a saucepan until thick, about 20 minutes. 2 Tortillas and fillings Mix the bacon and 60-80 ml (¼-¹/₃ c) of the onion and beer marmalade.
