Soothe away stress with Tomato, Beef and Bow Tie Pasta
This one-pot meal delivers a balanced blend of four proven tension-tamers: carbohydrate-rich pasta, fresh tomatoes, garlic and ground beef! 1 lb. ground beef 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 cups bow tie pasta, cooked 2 Tbs. sliced fresh basil 3 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add beef and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally and breaking into 3/4" crumbles, until browned, 8-10 minutes. Pour off drippings. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper; over medium heat, cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Stir in pasta and basil. Serve sprinkled with cheese. Makes 4 servings.…
