You’ll feel like you’re on an instant vacation when you sip this fruity cocktail courtesy of Lulus.com :

• 1 oz. tequila • 4 oz. pineapple juice • 1 1/2 oz. grenadine • Fruit garnish, such as a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry 1. Pour the tequila and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to combine. Note: If you’d prefer a mocktail, you can replace the tequila with club soda. 2. Strain the pineapple mixture into a glass, then slowly pour the grenadine around the inside edge of the glass—it will sink and then gradually rise to mix with the other ingredients, creating a pretty sunrise effect. 3.
