Orange and Arugula Salad

The juicy oranges in this salad help reverse fatty liver disease in one month

1 orange3 Tbs. olive oil1 Tbs. wine vinegar1 tsp. chopped shallot1 tsp. honey4 cups baby arugula½ cup red grapes, halved4 walnut halves2 Tbs. pomegranate arils 1 Trim ends off orange; slice off and discard rind. Using small knife, cut between membranes to release segments; reserve. In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, shallot and honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 2 Arrange arugula over serving platter. Top with reserved orange segments, grapes and walnut halves. Sprinkle with pomegranate arils.
