Slow roast shoulder of lamb Serves: 4 Slow cooking lamb makes it deliciously tender, and leaves you with more time for a pre-dinner tipple! You will need ✽ 2kg shoulder lamb✽ 3tbsp plain flour✽ 3tbsp olive oil✽ 2 sliced onions✽ 4 sprigs rosemary✽ 4 sprigs oregano✽ 4 sliced cloves garlic✽ 500ml dry white wine✽ 400ml chicken stock✽ 2tbsp pomegranate molasses✽ Cornflour How to do it 1 Preheat oven to 170C/Gas 3. Dust the lamb with flour and season. Splash 2tbsp oil in a large roasting tin and heat on the hob. Brown the lamb all over on a high heat.
