Pushing the toy train along the floor with my son Cameron, five, and his brother Ethan, three, I suddenly felt queasy. ‘Choo choo,’ I winced, trying to ignore the whirling feeling inside. I’d been having dizzy spells for months now, something my doctor put down to me having too many caffeine-filled fizzy drinks.
