Gonçalo Germano is a Portuguese modeller who is fond of narrow gauge and a reader of Voie Libre. Obviously someone reputable;-))! He sent us a short text, with a few photos, and told us how he had taken advantage of lockdown and workingfrom-home periods to create the model described by Raymond Duton in VL 94.
