Pour être efficaces, les probiotiques doivent être pris en petite quantité régulièrement. Dès que l’on arrête d’en prendre, leur effet s’arrête. Et pour qu’ils soient efficaces, il faut aussi avoir une alimentation saine et riche en fibres (prébiotiques). Prendre un kombucha après un fast-food n’a aucun intérêt !…
