Mon jus vert « good morning »

En plus de l’apport important en micronutriments, un jus vert constitue une excellente source d’hydratation pré- ou postexercice grâce à l’eau contenue dans les légumes (et fruits) bio.
Pour 2 grands verres : • 1 concombre • 1 ou 2 branches de céleri • 1 petite pomme • 1 poignée de légumes verts à feuilles (chou vert, épinards…) • 1 citron bio entier • 1 morceau de gingembre • 1 petit morceau de curcuma • 1/2 bouquet de persil Lavez soigneusement les ingrédients (pas besoin de les éplucher s’ils sont bio) et placez-les un par un dans l’extracteur, en alternant aliments souples et aliments fermes pour un meilleur passage de la pulpe.…
