Camarones cucaracha ● PARA 2 PERSONAS Ingredientes • 1 taza de camarón fresco• 2 cucharadas de mantequilla• 2 cucharadas de salsa huichol• ½ cucharadita de ajo• 1 cucharada de cebolla picada• ½ cucharada de chile de árbol• 1 aguacate• 1 limón• ½ cucharada de rabo de cebolla cambray• 2 cucharaditas de sal gruesa Preparación • Lleva los camarones a fritura profunda hasta que se desprenda la piel de la carne y queden crujientes. • Aparte, sofríe el ajo y la cebolla en la mantequilla, agrega la salsa huichol en un bol y mezcla con los camarones. • Coloca en el plato y decora con el caracol de aguacate y los rabos de cebolla cambray.
