Desde hace un par de meses he notado que uno de mis testículos se ha ido encogiendo. Al principio no le di importancia, pero ahora me duele cuando intento tener sexo con mi novia. He buscado en internet mis síntomas y descubrí que puede ser cáncer. ¿Qué puede estarme pasando? Es muy apresurado pensar en cáncer de testículo, sobre todo si no te ha revisado un médico antes, por lo que debes acudir inmediatamente, ya que un par de síntomas no pueden confirmar un diagnóstico y mucho menos puedes creer que es confiable algo que buscaste en internet.
