WALK IT This walk is a compilation of the best bits of the Lake District. From Jubilee Bridge, follow the River Esk right to Scafell Pike’s base at Great Moss. It’s a deliciously winding path, past pools and falls. The wide Cockly Pike ridge elevates you to the top of Ill Crag. It’s a case of picking out your own line through the rocks and grassy ledges – where you can choose the scrambling difficulty. Next up is Scafell Pike via Broad Crag.
