Crask Inn to Abhainn Srath na Seilge bothy

DAY 1 1 NC524247 From the Crask Inn head down the road until level with the nearby house. Turn left through a gate then follow an ATV track roughly eastwards alongside the River Tirry for around 4km. The track can be hellishly boggy in places, but the going becomes firmer as it narrows to a path and climbs north-eastwards to the narrow pass of Bealach Easach. Once atop the bealach the view opens out over a magnificent U-shaped glacial valley that cradles two connected lochs. 2 NC575251 A firm track descends steadily into the glen, soon passing alongside Loch a’ Bhealaich and eventually reaching the shore of the larger Loch Choire with its sandy beaches and wooded crags rising above the head of the loch.
