It’s been a year of brilliant books. The first Week Junior Book Awards launched and the winners were honoured at a ceremony on 2 October. Poet and author Michael Rosen enthralled audiences at our Book Festival in the October half-term, and other fantastic writers, including J.T. Williams and Jenny Pearson, led reader workshops. Thousands of you joined in our annual Summer of Reading campaign and sent in pictures of your bookshelves to feature on our new Book Club page.
