With Jeremy Swayman as the Bruins’ long-term No. 1 and new arrival Joonas Korpisalo locked up for another four years, the outlook for BRANDON BUSSI isn’t rosy at the moment. But don’t write off the 26-year-old’s potential to push for NHL backup duty as early as next season. In 2023-24, he tied for the second-best save percentage among AHL keepers to play in 40-plus games, and he was an AHL all-rookie teamer the season prior. He’s talented.
