AT THIS POINT, WE all know what to expect from Finland: they’re going to be competitive, they’re going to give at least one team fits, and they’ll be in the thick of it for a medal. Assuming Buffalo Sabres first-rounder Konsta Helenius is in the lineup, the Finns will have some firepower up front between him and Dallas Stars prospect Emil Hemming, who also went in the top 32 last summer. Toss in Kasper Halttunen (SJ), and you’ve got options. But there are also some sneaky-good players to watch out for, beginning with smaller Tampa Bay Lightning pick Joona Saarelainen, who was all over the scoresheet at the World Junior Summer Showcase in Michigan.
