MASON MCTAVISH occupied this space a year ago, and things didn’t quite come to fruition. But we’re going to double down. While we were correct in forecasting McTavish would improve upon his 42.3-percent efficiency in the faceoff dot in 2022-23 – he soared to 51.7 percent this season – his offensive totals were flat. He went from 17 goals to 19 and from 43 points to 42. McTavish will surely top 50 points next season and eventually 60 down the road when the Ducks’ rebuild takes shape and the rising tide raises all boats. The final goaltending stats for DUSTIN WOLF weren’t anything to write home about. Among the 70 goalies who started 15 or more games, Wolf ranked 57th in save percentage at .893.
