OWNERSHIP TOM DUNDON SINCE LAST SUMMER’S historic agreements to renovate and redevelop what was then called PNC Arena and is now the Lenovo Center, Carolina Hurricanes owner Tom Dundon has been busy. He restructured the top of the front office after GM Don Waddell departed for Columbus. Dundon’s development company released the first mock-ups of what the 80 acres around the arena will look like when converted into a multi-use entertainment district. And he continues to lead an effort to bring an MLB team to North Carolina.
