The Young Chef Young Waiter and Young Mixologist (YYY) competition came to a close with a spectacular three-day global finale in Singapore from November 22 to 24, showcasing the best young talent in the hospitality industry. Hosted at iconic locations across the city, the event celebrated the creativity, skill and passion of chefs, waiters and mixologists under the age of 28, while fostering a sense of community and collaboration across the sector.
