While dinner’s cooking, set out this stunning snack board to make guests extra grateful.

A BALANCED BOARD Outfit the board with a mix of sweet and savory snacks. Go for fall fruits such as pears, apples and pomegranate, then add savory elements like uncured capocollo and an olive mix. Finally, add some sweetness with maple cookies, praline nuts and cranberry jam. FALL FLOURISH Place a leafshaped cookie cutter on top of a wheel of Brie. Spoon jam into the cutter, using a toothpick to fill in the crevices. Remove the cutter, and you’ll have a festive, flavorful Brie garnish! CHEESE, PLEASE Vibrantly flavored cheeses make this board stand out. We used tangy blue, buttery Brie, cubes of Colby and a wedge of Merlot BellaVitano with an edible rind. DON’T FORGET THE CRACKERS!
