You can see this in the various playbooks of the game, from Guardian and Harmony in the character, with a range of genres for a magical girl, and with attributes such as confess and empathise. The different aspects come together to make a fantastic player experience that’s beautifully laid out and well communicated. Ultimately, Girl by Moonlight is a complete tabletop system with moxie, unique ideas, and beautiful art. It’s just unfortunate that they don’t support their director (Games Master) to run it.
