Sounds painful, but it’s actually kinda cathartic and sets you up for the crazy-busy months between now and (whisper it!) Christmas. So, this issue walks the line between all that forward thinking – decluttering and reorganising ready for the new school term, getting the sitting room in good shape for box-set season – while keeping one foot firmly in summer (time outdoors, time-off-work redecorating projects, sales bargains in the shops…).
