Wer Erwartungen enttäuscht, bekommt Gegenwind – aber oft auch eine große Chance. Ein Aufruf zur bewussten Verweigerung

Manchmal erscheint einem das Leben, als säße man in einem fremdgesteuerten Rennwagen. Die Fernbedienung hält jemand in der Hand, der ziemlich pflichtbewusst ist, ordentlich Dampf macht und nichts davon hält, Pausen einzulegen oder vom Weg abzukommen. Schnell noch vor der Arbeit zum „Full Body Workout“, acht Stunden im Büro abreißen, abends steht dann noch die selbst gebackene Bio-Dinkelmehl-Quiche für den Besuch an, den man wirklich nicht noch mal verschieben kann, und was musste man noch mal für den Geburtstag besorgen? Wir haben so dermaßen viel zu tun damit, alles gemäß dem Bild zu erledigen, das wir von einem richtigen, einem gelungenen Leben haben, von unserem Leben, dass eine Frage auf der Strecke bleibt: Wie viel Müssen steckt wirklich in all diesen Aufgaben?
