Jayne’s favourite daily practices to start you on the right foot

1 Enjoy a morning breathing exercise. Take a few moments to breathe deeply and slowly to sense where you are going today. Feel what you need today, manifest the day ahead and listen for guidance. 2 Repeat these affirmations 10 times as quickly as possible in your head: ‘I am loved and happy’ and ‘I am a money pot’. The faster you say them, the more repetitive it becomes and the more you’ll believe. 3 At bedtime, gather as many crystals as possible by your bed. Try performing a couple of simple reiki exercises on yourself. Place your hands on your heart chakra and breathe deeply.
