DRAGON FRUIT ICE POPS

HOT PINK WITH scaly folds and spiky green tips—it’s easy to see where dragon fruit gets its name. Look for dragon fruit at the grocery store and whip up these tasty treats. Dragon breath not guaranteed! WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 2 dragon fruits*½ cup Greek yogurt1 tablespoon honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract blender (for adult use only)ice pop mold or small paper cups6 ice pop sticks WHAT TO DO: 1. Have a grownup slice the dragon fruits in half and scoop out the flesh. Throw away the tough, leathery skin. 2. Add the dragon fruits, yogurt, honey, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth. 3.
