Lentejas a la italiana
Ingredientes: ●½ kg de lentejas o 2 frascos cocidas ●1 calabacín ●1 pimiento ●1 zanahoria ●1 puerro ●1 cebolla ●½ kg de tomates ●8 cucharadas de aceite ●2 de vinagre ●2 dientes de ajo ●1 hoja de laurel ●una pizca de azúcar ●granos de pimienta ●sal Preparación: 4 raciones 90 minutos Poner las lentejas en una cazuela con el pimiento, media cebolla, el puerro y un ajo picados, la pimienta y el laurel. Cubrir de agua, acercar la cazuela al fuego y cocer hasta que las lentejas estén tiernas (1 hora en cazuela, 15 minutos en la olla rápi-da) y sazonar.
