POLLO CON PURÉ DE CASTAÑAS INGREDIENTES • 1 pollo, 1 zanahoria • 1 puerro• granos de pimienta, sal Salsa • ½ lata de confitura de frambuesa • caldo de cocer el pollo • ½ bote de mostaza Savora Puré • 1 bote de castañas cocidas al natural • 1 vaso de vino de nata líquida• 1 cucharada de mantequilla • sal, pimienta PREPARACIÓ Poner el pollo atado, el puerro y la zanahoria en la olla, cubrir de agua, sazonar con sal y los granos de pimienta, tapar la olla y, cuando adquiera presión, bajar el fuego y cocer 12 minutos. Separar la olla del fuego, abrirla, sacar el pollo y dejarlo tapado para trincharlo en caliente. Colar el caldo, separar las tazas necesarias para el arroz Pilaf y consumir el resto para la salsa.
