LOCATION Yallingup, WA At a glance • 8.3-Star home nestled into bushland • All-electric and almost off-grid • Cosy in winter and cool in summer, with no air conditioning • Universal design for ageing in place Eamonn and Rebecca used to live in East Fremantle, in a modest house on a battleaxe block.
