Limited numbers, a friendly atmosphere and Britain’s best racers to learn from

SOONER OR LATER most of us want to improve our riding skills, either on road, off road or on track. When it comes to track riding most trackdays offer instruction, but these can still be intimidating affairs. Track schools offer a friendlier atmosphere with limited numbers. RiDE has tried the Ron Haslam School, the British Superbike School and the California Superbike School, and all offer great experiences, low pupil-to-instructor ratios, meaningful instruction and great feedback. Now former GP racer and current TV pundit James Whitham and Paul Drinkwater have teamed up to offer their own on-track training. The instructors are some of the country’s best racers, including TT Legend Ian Hutchinson, Honda BSB rider Dan Linfoot and BMW’s Christian Iddon.
