MENTAL SUNDHED OG SYGEDAGE Det virker temmelig logisk, at mental sundhed og antallet af sygedage hænger sammen, men nu bliver der sat konkrete tal på i et studie, der er udarbejdet af forskere fra Statens Institut for Folkesundhed og Dansk Center for Sundhedsøkonomi ved SDU. Forskerne undersøgte data fra næsten 2.000 arbejdende danskere i alderen 16-64 år. 12 procent havde dårlig mental sundhed, 67 procent havde moderat mental sundhed, og 21 procent havde god mental sundhed. – Moderat mental sundhed er forbundet med fem-seks færre årlige sygedage sammenlignet med dårlig mental sundhed, mens god mental sundhed er forbundet med seks-ni færre årlige sygedage, siger studiets hovedforfatter, forsker Ziggi Santini fra Statens Institut for Folkesundhed ifølge sdu.dk KILDE: SDU.DK VIDSTE DU at yoga er et ord fra sanskrit, der betyder forening eller enhed?
