《娘惹食谱》 马来西亚著名饮食月刊《美味风采》2010年出版的丛书食谱。全书收录98道经典的娘惹菜肴。是目前市面上最齐全的一本娘惹食谱，值得珍藏。 “娘惹（Nyonya）”是一个族群的总称，始于明朝之后。随着郑和下西洋的众多随从，很多在南洋一带生活下来，和当地的男女通婚，生下的孩子，女孩就叫“娘惹”，男孩就叫“峇峇（Baba）”，到了现在娘惹就成了他们的泛指。娘惹语言、娘惹服饰、娘惹珠绣、娘惹餐具、娘惹菜肴，都是娘惹后裔坚持至今的独特娘惹文化。 书中除了回味美味食谱，也对这些浓浓的娘惹文化加以介绍，让大家更加了解娘惹的生活。两位操刀的厨师分别是Debbie Teoh及Shirley Ho。前者是正宗的娘惹，从她身上可以解读到更多峇峇娘惹的文化。她也负责烹煮书中68道古早的菜肴和糕点。后者虽然没有娘惹血统，但自小在马六甲长大，长期耳濡目染下对娘惹美食及文化毫不陌生。 书中图片精美，也对材料图加以解释，一目了然，煮起来得心应手。
