Condition rarity is something not every collector fully appreciates. Those who collect circulated coins don’t really face the problem. Still, if you collect top grades like MS-65 and better, there can be coins that, for seemingly no apparent reason, are either unavailable or, if they can be found, are sometimes priced a bit higher than your house.
