She had to angle it to make sure the plane of her D850’s image sensor was perfectly parallel with table. She did this to ensure that the entire dish was flat-on to the camera to both avoid distortion and ensure that the depth of field was consistent throughout the shot. Check your focus Throughout the shoot, Victoria reminded Hannah to check the photos were in focus. The D850 has a touch-sensitive Live View screen, so she pinched to zoom and moved around the shot to check its sharpness. But for cameras without a touch screen, you can set up the OK button to zoom in to 100%…
