Use Mail to mark up images

Annotate images that you send in the Mail app using the built-in mark-up features

If you send images to people using the Mail app, you might want to annotate them first. And the good news is that you don’t need a separate image-editing app for this purpose as everything you need is in the Mail app. You can use the Markup extension in macOS to annotate images. It is a brilliant feature, but we will take this a step further and show you how to use the Markup tool to annotate maps and send them by email.
