Customise your trackpad settings

Configure the trackpad to respond to a variety of taps, swipes and slides

Do you get along with your Mac’s trackpad? Does it do everything you want? Do you know all the tricks it is capable of performing? The default settings for the Mac’s trackpad might suit some people, but not everyone. Some users simply like their Mac set up one way, whereas others like it slightly different. If you head to the Trackpad settings in System Preferences there are numerous options and three tabs of gestures. Configuring them is easy – the hard part is remembering them!
