How to back up all of your important data and restore it when you need to

The Time Machine app on your Mac is there for piece of mind. It provides a handy means of backing up all of your important data without you having to lift a finger. It then allows you to delve into your backups and pick individual files to restore in the event of them getting lost or corrupted. Setting up your Time Machine is quick and easy, just go to System Preferences, click on the Time Machine pane and then connect an external HD to your Mac.
