THE TREND AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY NEW YEAR often seems to be one where people are making healthier decisions about their diets. This does not seem to last very long in south Louisiana. I’d imagine this doesn’t last long just about anywhere, but this holds especially true in Louisiana. We often try to find balance, but the challenges we face around every corner make things very difficult.
