About Journal of Chinese Dietary Culture 中國飲食文化
《中國飲食文化》為一學術性半年刊。已於2005年一月創刊，並在每年四月與十月發行。這份人文社會性學術刊物，由中華飲食文化基金會主辦，其主旨在於推動對中華飲食文化之內涵、技術、儀節、書寫之社會與文化相關研究。希望能藉此了解中華飲食文化之區域性、整體性，及其社會與歷史過程，以及「飲食」在人類文明中的一般意義，並為學者提供一意見交流之園地。半年刊，每年4、10月出刊，一年共2期。
The number of issues included in a magazine subscription (frequency) is subject to change without notice. Additional
double issues may be published, which count as 2 issues. Applicable sales tax will be added. Offer void in Vermont.
