IN SOUTH AFRICA’S CURRENT ECONOMY MANY COMPANIES HAVE ASKED THEIR STAFF TO TAKE SALARY SACRIFICES BECAUSE OF THE IMPACT OF COVID-19. THUS, THE SALARY SUBJECT IS EVEN MORE TOPICAL AND CHALLENGING TODAY THAN IT WAS AMONGST WORKERS OF YESTER-YEAR. IT IS A HUGE MATTER AND RUNS A THICK LINE OF UNHAPPINESS AND DISGRUNTLEMENT IN THE WORKPLACE.

Calculate the cost of your time to your employer or business and include all benefits and perks.2. Figure the value of the work you produce.3. Does your worth exceed the cost?
