Pese a ser considerados el epítome de las hordas bárbaras, los recientes descubrimientos arqueológicos les atribuyen un fascinante patrimonio artístico, tal como puede verse en la exposición “Escitas: guerreros de la antigua Siberia”, en marcha en el British Museum hasta el 14 de enero, a la que pertenecen algunas de las imágenes de este artículo.
