Bristol Hi-Fi Show 2025

As the first major UK show of the year, Bristol sets the stage for what’s coming in 2025. Ed Selley reports on some of the many highlights on display.

BASED OUT OF the refreshed environs of its traditional home, the Delta Marriot Hotel, the Bristol Hi-Fi Show has maintained a key role in the show calendar as it has regularly punched above its weight in terms of new product announcements. This year was no exception, with a selection of new kit breaking cover, most of which is due imminently rather than in the distant future. Something that Bristol also does well is focus on products at the vaguely terrestrial end of the pricing structure. This is not to say that there weren’t some more impressive bits of hardware on show, but some of the most interesting new components were distinctly affordable.
