Lyxig choklad- & lingonrulle

FREDRIK NYLÉN, LINDA AHLSÉN

Chokladrulle med lingon 10 bitar, 30 minuter 3 ägg1 ½ dl strösocker1 ½ dl vetemjöl½ dl kakao1 tsk bakpulver1 msk vatten Fyllning 50 g rumsvarmt smör1 dl florsocker200 g färskost1 dl rårörda lingon Garnering 50 g mörk chokladlingon Gör så här 1. Sätt ugnen på 250°. 2. Vispa ägg och socker poröst. Blanda mjöl, kakao och bakpulver. Rör ner det i smeten tillsammans med vattnet. 3. Lägg bakplåtspapper i en långpanna, 30x40 cm. Bred ut smeten jämnt och grädda i nedre delen av ugnen ca 5 minuter. 4. Strö strösocker över hela kakan och stjälp upp den på ett bakplåtspapper. Ta sedan bort papperet som kakan har gräddats på. Låt svalna. 5. Fyllning: Vispa samman smör och florsocker. Tillsätt färskost och lingon och vispa till en slät kräm. 6. Bred fyllningen…
