Mjuk choklad-och kokoskaka Fin kokossmak har den här glutenfria chokladkakan som toppas av fluffig mjölkchokladgrädde. 8–10 bitar, 50 minuter 150 g smör3 ägg2 ½ dl strösocker1 msk vaniljsocker¾ dl kakao3 dl kokosmjöl2 tsk bakpulver Mjölkchokladgrädde 3 dl vispgrädde100 g mjölkchoklad Garnering hackad choklad riven kokos Till formen smör och riven kokos Gör så här 1. Sätt ugnen på 175°. Smöra en rund sockerkaksform med hål i mitten, bröa sedan med kokos. 2. Smält smöret och låt svalna något. 3. Vispa ägg, socker och vaniljsocker vitt och pösigt. 4. Tillsätt kakao, kokosmjöl och bakpulver och vänd ihop. Tillsätt det smälta smöret och rör ihop till en jämn smet. Fördela i formen. 5. Grädda kakan i mitten av ugnen i ca 30 minuter.
