马来西亚著名饮食月刊《美味风采》的丛书之一,也是首次与来自中国中医科学院的医学博士刘哲峰联合打造的药膳坐月食谱,并邀请了三大名厨Amy Beh, Shirley Ho 及Debbie Teoh亲自示范。 全书内容丰富扎实,除了刘博士的50道药膳食谱,三位厨师也另外设计了私房坐月菜,加上名厨陈淑娴的10道素食坐月餐,多达100道食谱餐单,引领产妇循序渐进,医食同疗,强身健体。 对女性来说,产后“坐月子”是一件大事,所以月子里的每一天都要“好好吃”。本书食谱分为几个不同单元,如“排毒消肿”、“调气补血”、“元气补汤”、“古味新吃”、“滋补催乳”、“早餐点心”、“坐月西餐”、“清斋坐月食谱”等,口味多样化,天天吃也不会厌。
