Barres de céréales maison Pour 6 barres environ Préparation 25 min Cuisson 20 min • 170 g d’amandes • 135 g de petits flocons d’avoine • 70 g de raisins secs • 70 g de dattes medjool • 45 g de flocons de soja • 40 g de pistaches émondées • 1 c. à soupe de sirop d’érable • 1 c. à café de cannelle 1. Préchauffez le four à 180 °C (th. 6). 2. Mixez les pistaches et les amandes. Ajoutez les dattes et mixez de nouveau. 3. Mettez tous les ingrédients secs restants dans une casserole, ajoutez la pâte de datte, le sirop d’érable et 1 cuillerée à soupe d’eau. Faites revenir 2 à 3 minutes sur feu moyen. 4.
