MAKES 24 ✶✶ 175g (6oz) unsalted butter, chopped ✶✶ 125g (4oz) dark chocolate, roughly chopped ✶✶ 11/2tbsp brandy, optional ✶✶250g (9oz) soft light brown sugar ✶✶2 medium eggs ✶✶ 100g (31/2oz) plain flour ✶✶ 1tsp ground cinnamon ✶✶ 1tsp mixed spice ✶✶ 100g (3½oz) sultanas TO DECORATE ✶✶White chocolate, melted ✶✶Sprinkles or freeze-dried raspberry pieces 1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) mark 4. Line a 20.5cm (8in) square tin with baking parchment.
