SERVES 2. PREPARATION TIME 5 MINUTES, PLUS COOLING ✶✶200ml cinnamon tea (made with Assam tea infused with cinnamon sticks, then allowed to cool) ✶✶5ml Goldschläger cinnamon schnapps ✶✶2ml cinnamon syrup ✶✶ 125ml Prosecco 1. Divide the cinnamon tea, Goldschläger and cinnamon syrup between 2 Champagne flutes and top them up with Proscecco.
