Inaz Fernández revoluciona la forma de comer ostras en España con El Puertito: ofreciendo múltiples variedades de gran calidad, a precios asequibles y por unidades.

“QUIERO QUE TODO EL MUNDO SE PUEDA PERMITIR COMER OSTRAS”. La promesa pertenece al bilbaíno Inaz Fernández y, paradójicamente, la crisis económica de 2008 le dio la oportunidad de cumplirla. Hasta entonces, su carrera transitaba por el mundo audiovisual, en proyectos de cine, tele o publicidad; cuando los ingresos disminuyeron, creyó llegado el momento de emprender un proyecto que le rondaba la cabeza desde hace años: abrir el primer Oyster Bar de España. Lo hizo en 2013, en Bilbao, y le llamó El Puertito. Con dos novedades principales frente a otros restaurantes o marisquerías que servían ostras: la cantidad de variedades ofertada y la posibilidad de consumirlas por unidades.
