Vibrant fitness guru, author, wife and mother of two, Denise Austin, 63, shares her secrets to looking radiant, feeling healthy and facing every day with pure joy

Walking around her kitchen island, Denise Austin flashes the bright smile she became known for in her iconic workout videos in the 1980s. “This is just one way I collect my steps during the day!” she shares with FIRST.
