breakfast Breakfast burrito Scramble 2 eggs with 1 cup diced peppers and onions. Wrap the mixture in a flour tortilla with diced cooked bacon and Cheddar cheese. snack Nutty apples Spread 3 Tbs. nut butter on apple slices. Other options: a 4-oz. smoothie, crudités with ⅓ cup hummus, or 1 cup berries with ¼ cup whipped cream. lunch Grain bowl Top ¾ cup quinoa with sliced avocado, baby spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, 2 oz. grilled chicken and pumpkin seeds. Toss with olive oil and lime juice. dinner Chicken dinner Serve 6 oz. air-fried breaded chicken cutlets with oven-baked sweet potato fries and a small side salad dressed with olive oil and vinegar.…
